There is a one time, nominal processing fee of $300.00 to apply for AWESOME writer membership and $500.00 for AWESOME publisher membership, this fee is non-refundable, but there are no annual dues.
OBTAINING A LICENSE
It is necessary to obtain a license from AWESOME for the use of it’s repertory and it can be done within a day. In order to comply with the copyright law, any establishment that plays copyrighted music is legally required to secure permission to use copyrighted music, whether in a public performance, live performance or by mechanical means. A music user can do this by securing licenses from AWESOME Limited.
Getting an AWESOME license ensures that the music user complies with the copyright law and also gives access to Trinidad’s fastest growing repertory, hassle free. Many AWESOME licenses can be obtained directly from the licensing section of this website.
